For absences, our companies policy will be that we continue to move forward, stay on task and delegate at much as we possibly can.
We will divide all work up evenly and to suit each others strengths and help out if work isn't satisfactory
our meetings should last from 15 minutes to an hour maximum
assigned roles will be met
we will listen to all ideas and vote for decisions to be made to keep everything running smoothly
we believe in being respectful honest and mature in all of or dealings.
