managers,

some of the the people that have acted as managers in my life have motivated me by not overly trying to pressure me to do something  rather then bitching at me to complete my work, have a more unprofessional way of going about make me at least more willing to work for people when they don't act like a higher authority to me, when they act like they are superior and that i am their minion id rather not work for them at all. i can apply this by not being a higher  authority and acting like i am just one of them.
