Q1. I think that we will do our book keeping on a weekly basis rather then on a monthly simply to reduce the amount of errors and amount of stuff needing to be enter in. i think we could use a template or software but i personally would prefer a paper ledger.
Q2. im waiting for my survey results to return before we can run a projection.
Q3. for us the admission is the pay so pay would be provided before access is allowed
